A fanlisting is a place where people who are fans of a certain subject (can be anything) can join, kind of like a club. This fanlisting was approved by TFL and is supporting the song "Yume wa Owaranai".
& song
The song "Yume wa Owaranai" was in both the SNES version and the PSX version of Tales of Phantasia. It was one of the first vocal songs on the SNES and later when the PSX version was introduced, it was shown with an anime opening. This was made with Div Layers (my first one using it) and features images from the Tales of Phantasia PSX opening. I like it a lot, it's very simple and nice looking.
